David Martin Managing Director, Licensed Conveyancer
David brings decades of experience in franchise development, property acquisition, leasing and contract management.
Senior national roles with the Australian government and international real estate and franchise brands like Century 21 Real Estate, Hotondo Homes and Bakers Delight included leading teams and directing the creation of contracts, commercial property leases and regulatory compliance.
A commitment to community saw David's elected by co-op Members as a Director of the Westgate Health Co-operative, a medical and allied health care service located in South Kingsville and Newport from 2014 to 2019. His special interest during this time was corporate governance, regulatory compliance and co-op Member engagement.
David's love of the natural world means lots of time in the great Australian outdoors, especially near the ocean, a river or a lake.
Ashleigh Martin Conveyancing Associate
Ashleigh joined the TCP team in 2021 after a successful career in energy sector account management. Her interest in property and matters legal has led to enrolment at RMIT to study for an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing.
An interest in community services and support led Ashleigh to qualify as a disability care worker. This has seen her providing support for families and caring for their children in the City of Maribyrnong.
When not at work, Ashleigh enjoys spoiling her nephew and niece, collecting old books, learning to play the guitar and studying Latin.
Philip Crowe, LL.B., B.Juris Director, Solicitor & Barrister
Philip joined The Conveyancing Place as Legal Director in 2020. He brings extensive experience in mortgages, estate management and property law matters.
Philip is supported in his legal work by specialist property and criminal justice barristers for Client advice and support when required.
When he’s not working, Philip is often on his bike cycling along the tranquil roads criss-cross through the Yarra Valley and beyond.
Larraine has extensive legal service experience working with solicitors on a range of estate management and property law matters. Larraine owned and operated Conveyancing Right as a licensed conveyancer in Melbourne’s inner east for more than 15 years.
Larraine is a Subdivision and State Revenue Office specialist and trusted advisor on property matters.
In her spare time, Larraine loves touring country Victoria and spending time with her grand kids.
Harry is studying for his Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Commerce(Accounting Major) degree at La Trobe University. He has worked alongside staff at the Fitzroy Legal Service and full time as an undergraduate accountant before joining the Conveyancing Place to gain legal services and conveyancing experience.
When not studying or working, (which is not as often as Harry would like) he enjoys playing the saxophone and guitar, on line games and the live music scene of almost all genres.
