Meet our Teams

David Martin

David brings decades of experience in franchise development, property acquisition, leasing and contract management.

Senior national roles with the Australian government and international real estate and franchise brands like Century 21 Real Estate, Hotondo Homes and Bakers Delight.

A commitment to community saw David elected by Members as a Director of the Westgate Health Co-operative, a general medical and allied health care practice located in South Kingsville and Newport from 2014 to 2019. His special interest during this time was corporate governance, regulatory compliance and co-op Member engagement.

David’s love of the natural world means a passion for the great Australian outdoors and our full of wonder flora and fauna.

Larraine Murphy

Larraine has extensive legal service experience working with solicitors on a range of estate management and property law matters. Larraine owned and operated Conveyancing Right as a licensed conveyancer in Melbourne’s inner east for more than 15 years.

Larraine is a Subdivision and State Revenue Office specialist and trusted advisor on property matters.

In her spare time, Larraine loves touring country Victoria and spending time with her grand kids.

Ashleigh Martin

Ashleigh joined the TCP team in 2021 after a successful career in energy sector account management.

An interest in community services and support led Ashleigh to qualify as a disability care worker. This has seen her providing support for families and caring for their children in the City of Maribyrnong.

When not at work, Ashleigh enjoys spoiling her nephew and niece, collecting old books, learning to play the guitar and studying Latin.
